Cancellation & Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime. To cancel, contact us at support@aozzbylifestyle.com or call +91 8112254075. Cancellation requests after shipment will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn, and in original packaging. The following items are not eligible for return:

• Undergarments and intimate wear
• Items damaged by misuse
• Customized or personalized items
• Items purchased during clearance sales (marked as final sale)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. We will arrange pickup from your address
4. Pack items securely in original packaging

4. Return Shipping

We provide free return pickup for most locations. For remote areas, customers may need to ship items to our return address. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed for defective or wrong items.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges subject to availability. The exchange process is the same as returns, and there's no additional charge for exchanges due to sizing issues.

7. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange immediate pickup and provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Quality Assurance

All returned items are subject to quality inspection. Items that don't meet our return criteria may be sent back to the customer.

9. Refund Timeline

• UPI payments: 3-5 business days
• Cash on Delivery: 7-10 business days via bank transfer
