Cancellation & Returns Policy – Aozzby Lifestyles Private Limited

Aozzby Lifestyles Private Limited ("we," "us," "our") is dedicated to providing high-quality fashion and lifestyle products. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please review our cancellation, returns, and delivery policies carefully.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Contact our customer support team for assistance.
A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation.

After Shipping:
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
You may initiate a return after receiving the product if needed (refer to the Return Process).


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Timeframe: Returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items that do not meet these conditions, show signs of wear, or have been altered in any way will not be eligible for a return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and similar intimate items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery


4. Delivery Policy

  • Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

  • Exceptions: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, or unforeseen delays.


5. Return Process

  • Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return.

  • Shipping the Return: Securely package the item and ship it back to us at the return address provided by our support team.

  • Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).


6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status:

  • Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if items show signs of wear or have missing tags.


7. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
